Salomon Enduro XT 850 (2012)
Tester's Review
Whatever Salomon did to its flagship all-mountain model (there are five narrower models in the Enduro series) between last season and this was a vast improvement. A rockered tip makes it easy to steer in bumps and trees, while its shapely curves facilitate easy, fun carved turns. The 850 will teach you two-footed carving: Widen your stance, tip both planks evenly, and rip.
