Salomon Galaxy (2012)
The Galaxy, a new addition to the women' s line, is a park-ready all-mountain twin-tip built for durability and versatility. It' s a wood-core, vertical sidewall, sandwich construction, designed to resist damage. Camber is traditional. Extra wide, reinforced edges are built to be extra durable. What' s more, they' re further reinforced: strong polyethylene fibers are used to secure the two edges to each other across the width of the ski, to make it harder to rip one out.
