Salomon Lady (2011)
Another Salomon women’s ski characterized by ease and approachability, the Lady suits (a) aggressive skiers who want a versatile all-mountain tool, and (b) intermediates looking for a wider ski with good off-piste capability. Its tip rocker is barely noticeable, but there’s enough to make the Lady nicely maneuverable and uncritical of lapses in technique. Its groomer skills are reliable. If you’re aspiring to expertdom, think of it as a bridge to new terrain and improved technique.
PRICE (MSRP): $685.00
