With a versatile waist of 92 mm, the new Rockette 92 is built for all-mountain conditions. A sandwich-sidewall construction should grip the groomed, but rocker in the tip and tail should skim chop and float reasonably well in light powder. A layer of elastomer up the edges should dampen vibration and boost ski-to-snow contact.
