Völkl 10 Foot (2009)
Very nearly the best-in-category ski, the narrower of the two Völkls we reviewed (see 12 Foot review) had enough spine to support our 225-pound tester but was forgiving enough for lighter skiers too.
Props
Extraordinary edge hold.
Gripes
Intolerant of poor technique. This is a good thing, if you're prepared for it.
Tester's Take
"Perfectly redistributes force into fluid, ride-on-rails turns of any shape." -Eric Minkwitz
PRICE (MSRP): $1150.00
