The RTM 84--flagship of Volkl's new all-mountain line and heir to the much-lauded AC50--is a creature we've never seen: a fully rockered system carving ski. Eyeing it on the rack, testers were skeptical that such a combination would even work. Afterward, they gushed. It's a gutsy, trustworthy generalist like the AC50, but the addition of rocker renders it far more accessible to intermediates than the AC50 ever was, with no appreciable loss of power.
