Völkl Tigershark 10ft Power Switch (2008)
Twist the Power Switch on the Tigershark’s tail and two carbon-fiber rods in the ski load with tension, giving it extra zing as it arcs through a turn. It sounds like a gimmick but it works. The ski is mellower and more playful in the off position and souped up when on.
Props
Incredible edge hold.
Gripes
Unless you’re a yogi, you have to take the skis off to flick the switches.
