2010 Bern Carbon Baker
This is the first year that Bern has built helmets with carbon fiber, which is near-weightless and more durable than previous ABS and zip-mold construction methods. Vacuum technology is used to make the molds, so the helmet is completely smooth and blemish-free. The Baker has a visor and a fuzzy liner that snaps out to transform it to a skate or bike helmet when the snow melts.
