Jackson Hole might not have plans to replace its tram yet, but it does have a giant cowboy this season. Using GPS technology, groomers etched the mile-long cowboy silhouette—the resort's logo—for its nordic track. Downhill skiers can see the huge cowboy and his bucking steed from the slopes—and may have plenty of time to admire the workmanship again next season if they hike to the top of the mountain in lieu of riding the tram.
