Snowbird, UT
A strong storm moved through Little Cottonwood Canyon the third weekend of September, depositing almost a foot of fresh snow on 11,000-foot Hidden Peak. Snowbird is scheduled to open for the 2006-07 winter season on Saturday, November 18, 2006.
