I would have to add Jackson / Jackson Hole to this list - we had some great meals at restuarants in town, on the mountain and on the road from the mountain into the town. Excellent fish and game!! We were very surprised by quality of food.
Seven Springs should absolutely not be on this list.
completely agree about Seven Spings.... best in PA, maybe...
