WME is hiring a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to work in the Film Tour Department. Coordinator will be involved with aspects of the Film Tour’s marketing, advertising & PR strategies, supporting the Film Tour Marketing Team by helping to execute effective promotional programs geared toward ticket sales across all venues. Must have a background in events, advertising and marketing.
- Coordinate and support media buyers, including print ad trafficking, invoicing, recapping and execution
- Facilitate outreach to ski and outdoor clubs in all National Tour markets, securing marketing partnerships and group sales.
- Help implement and facilitate any cause marketing initiatives associated with the National Film Tour.
- Coordinate Warren Miller Street team agency and individuals.
- Support PR team with athlete management, press materials and general PR needs.
- Help coordinate digital promotions, editorial and content population on warrenmiller.com and social networks.
- Coordinate production of print, PR and advertising materials with graphic designer.
