I have 80 days on the mountain so far and it is because of skiing that I Found myself and my rhythm and passion for life again. Skiing saved me! I rock the hot pink pants to ski in in HONOR of my Grandmaw and Aunt that both passes from Breast Cancer. I can feel them up there on the mountain with me. This shot was powerful for me bc we were the last people on the mountain and I did it in honor of their loss to breast cancer!

I'm not sure what you are referring to above. I have always skied so that doesn't really make sense. I have a lot of great friends that kill it on snowboards and maybe in teasing you heard that but I assure you Ive always been a skiier..Gretchen Bleiler and I come from the same hometown and our parents were great friends. It's unfortunate you had to try and make a beautiful sentiment with this picture and the powerful story behind it at all negative. If you don't have anything nice to say why say anything.. You know.. I was a little upset by your comment and called a dear friend in Denver who hosted a bunch of the snowboarding events there and he laughed and told me not to care BUT when you attack something that means something to me..I do care. This is picture is meant for something beautiful about spreading awareness to breast cancer and doesn't need any toxicness tied to it.

This girl used to go around Denver and tell everyone she was a professional snowboarder for Burton, and act like she was Gretchen Blieler. Now she has found herself in skiing...pfff

Thanks for all the love it means more than you know.. this picture is Powerful because of the message behind it. Skiing brought me back to being healthy, happy, centered and the spiritual person I was and had lost. I did this shot in honor of the amazing power skiing has to change ones life and for breast cancer (I ski in the hot pink pants daily..so for the survivors and those who have lost their battle( like my Grandmaw and Aunt and so many others)). Again, thanks for all the love!!
