Warren Miller’s World Tour Sweepstakes - Official Rules

Eligibility: The Warren Miller’s World Tour Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) starts at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 10/13/17 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 1/29/18 (“Sweepstakes Entry Period”). Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 49 continental United States and District of Columbia (void in Hawaii) and Canada (void in the province of Quebec), age 21 or older at time of entry. Employees of Warren Miller Entertainment, Inc. (“Sponsor”), and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, Tour venues, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes governed by U.S. law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void in Hawaii, the province of Quebec and where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: Method #1: Complete and deposit your official entry form into the entry box at a show screening of Warren Miller’s World Tour (“Show”). Official entry forms are available at Show screenings or in the free issue of SnoWorld Magazine. For details on the approximately 250 Show dates and locations, visit www.warrenmiller.com.  To qualify for a given Show’s random drawing, your entry must be deposited prior to conclusion of a Show. The first entry randomly drawn at each Show will be declared a Show “Finalist” entry and qualify to win the Grand Prize. Entrants do not need to be present to win. Method #2: Visit www.warrenmiller.com during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and follow all onscreen instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Entry Period, the number of online Finalists drawn will depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period and based on the ratio of responses in method #1. All Show and online Finalists entries will automatically be entered in the Grand Prize random drawing for a chance to win the Grand Prize. Non-winning entries including the non-winning Finalists will be entered in separate random drawings for a chance to win the First to Fifth Prizes. Limit one (1) entry per method of entry. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple or different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void such entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Neither Sponsor nor its designated agents assume responsibility for third parties’ failure to act in accordance with Sponsor’s instructions pertaining to implementation of Sweepstakes. Photocopied, illegible or mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible. All entries and requests become Sponsor's property and will not be returned or acknowledged. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, damaged, illegible or misdirected entries.
